HMUN ROP Handbook

Originating from the esteemed Harvard Model United Nations, the Harvard Model United Nations Rules of Procedure are the most globally adopted. These rules simulate a UN-like debate environment and are designed to be accessible for newcomers.

MNMUN 2024's Rules of Procedure are based on this framework. Developed by the Malaysian Youth Association for Diplomacy and Policy (MYADP), the HMUN ROP Handbook offers a comprehensive step-by-step guide to the detailed processes that govern Model United Nations worldwide.
